Candice Kimbell, MSW, LCSW is the Founder and CEO of Candice Kimbell Training & Consulting, where she leads a team dedicated to strengthening organizations through innovative training, coaching, consultation, and workforce development. Candice and her team specialize in creating meaningful results that lead to empowered workforces, improved systems, and better outcomes.

Throughout her career, Candice has positively impacted thousands of professionals across public and private sectors throughout California, including Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Monterey, and San Diego Counties. Her extensive experience spans multiple leadership and direct-service roles, including consultant, executive coach, training administrator, mental health program director, therapist, and social worker.
Drawing from decades of experience in child welfare, behavioral health, and organizational development, Candice brings a collaborative, strengths-based approach to helping organizations enhance workforce competencies, improve service delivery, and achieve lasting outcomes.
